OPHELIA...LOCATED ABOUT 185 MILES WEST-SOUTHWEST OF CAPE RACE
NEWFOUNDLAND...AND ON TROPICAL STORM PHILIPPE...LOCATED ABOUT 785
MILES EAST-SOUTHEAST OF BERMUDA.

ELSEWHERE...TROPICAL CYCLONE FORMATION IS NOT EXPECTED DURING THE
NEXT 48 HOURS.
