FOR THE NORTH ATLANTIC...CARIBBEAN SEA AND THE GULF OF MEXICO...

SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE EASTERN GULF OF MEXICO AND
PORTIONS OF FLORIDA ARE ASSOCIATED WITH AN ELONGATED AREA OF LOW
PRESSURE. NO SIGNIFICANT DEVELOPMENT OF THIS SYSTEM IS EXPECTED 
DUE TO UNFAVORABLE UPPER-LEVEL WINDS AND THE PRESENCE OF DRY AIR IN
THE MIDDLE LEVELS OF THE ATMOSPHERE. THERE IS A LOW CHANCE...NEAR
0 PERCENT...OF THIS SYSTEM BECOMING A TROPICAL OR SUBTROPICAL
CYCLONE DURING THE NEXT 48 HOURS AS IT MOVES SLOWLY NORTHEASTWARD.

ELSEWHERE...TROPICAL CYCLONE FORMATION IS NOT EXPECTED DURING THE
NEXT 48 HOURS.
