NWS NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL
200 AM EDT SAT AUG 27 2011

FOR THE NORTH ATLANTIC...CARIBBEAN SEA AND THE GULF OF MEXICO...

THE NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER IS ISSUING ADVISORIES ON HURRICANE
IRENE...LOCATED ABOUT 85 MILES SOUTH OF CAPE LOOKOUT NORTH CAROLINA. 
THE NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER HAS ISSUED THE LAST ADVISORY ON THE
REMNANTS OF TROPICAL DEPRESSION TEN...LOCATED ABOUT 645 MILES WEST
OF THE SOUTHERNMOST CAPE VERDE ISLANDS. 

AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE LOCATED ABOUT 350 MILES SOUTH-SOUTHEAST OF
BERMUDA IS PRODUCING DISORGANIZED SHOWER AND THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY. 
DEVELOPMENT IS NOT EXPECTED DUE TO UNFAVORABLE UPPER-LEVEL WINDS...
AND THIS SYSTEM HAS A LOW CHANCE...NEAR 0 PERCENT...OF BECOMING A
TROPICAL CYCLONE DURING THE NEXT 48 HOURS.

ELSEWHERE...TROPICAL CYCLONE FORMATION IS NOT EXPECTED DURING THE
NEXT 48 HOURS.
